  HARMONIZATION  OF DIGITAL USAGE IN GRN   Namibia Integrated Employment Information System  (NIEIS)  Is a system initiated by the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry has called in for the use of (NIEIS) as according to the Employment service Act 8. 2011, Section 14, Website:  GRN JOBs (Public & Private) The main purpose of the system is to register job seekers, vacancies in the public and private sector and assist job-seekers in finding suitable employment. On the same system companies are to upload opportunities namely; vacancies, tenders and grants. There are a variety of benefits for both employers and job-seekers: employers have access to a variety of online resumes; they can apply for tenders offered by other companies directly online and the system enables the employers to match the job seekers to available opportunities on the system.
